Our experience at Santa Pulpo in Cabo San Jose was exceptional. We arrived with fresh fish we'd caught earlier that day, without a reservation or prior notice. The staff spoke to the chef, who created a stunning three-course meal featuring various custom preparations of our catch. The quality of the fish was unparalleled, and the sheer variety and volume were astonishing. Dish after dish kept arriving, each more delicious than the last. We were absolutely stuffed and still had enough leftovers to fill four large takeout boxes. The chef's creativity and skill left us so impressed that we tipped him 20, which he graciously appreciated. The 25 per person fee was an incredible value for such a memorable culinary experience.
We came here for dinner on our last night out here and definitely regret not coming here sooner. We all ordered some variation of the catch of the day and all dishes were fantastic! I ordered an octopus tostada to accompany the meal and it was also delicious. The only comment that I would make is that it seemed like a very long time for our meals to come our, but definitely a great "last meal" to finish off our vacation. Great prices for what we ordered too! Check it out!
Our server was amazing! So friendly and personable. Had us laughing the whole time. The flaming cheese was so good. All the flavors in our other dishes were delightful. The house margaritas were some of the best on our trip. Very clean restaurant.
Food was delicious. I got the sirloin tacos and my wife got the shrimp tacos. They were good and fresh ingredients. Our appetizers were ceviche and that massive black bowl was filled with molten queso. It was so scrumptious. Their drinks were 2x1 and the bartender made them very well. Only problem was the flys they were very annoying. Otherwise great food and awesome service.

My husband caught Snapper and Trigger fish in the morning and the amazing Chef at Santo Pulpo prepared the fish 3 ways for us in the evening. Absolutely amazing feast! Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.
We had a great meal. Amazing Grilled Octopus and the biggest most delicious Coconut Shrimp. Wait staff was great. Aholiab made excellent coctails! We will be back! Rooftop seating overlooks the main drag. Great to people watch. Definitely a seafood gem!!!
